Made of durable stainless steel, the winter nozzle (1 pin) is recommended for use during the cold season when ice is present and additional adhesion of the wand or scraper to the surface is required. The wand has two nozzles at the same time – a standard summer nozzle and a winter nozzle. Therefore, when entering a building from outdoors or going from indoors to outdoors, there is no need to change the nozzles every time. The unused winter nozzle is kept in an elevated position. The nozzle is easy to attach and remove, so there will be no difficulties. This type of winter nozzle is most suitable for snowy areas. Please read the operating and maintenance instructions and recommendations carefully for your safety.

Delivery

We deliver goods to your specified address, or you can pick them up free of charge at Statybininkų g. 7, Kaunas. The delivery price is calculated based on the shipment's weight, dimensions, and delivery address and is displayed before confirming the order. Delivery terms for large or non-standard shipments can be agreed individually.

Delivery times are indicated next to the goods. Upon receiving the shipment, we recommend immediately checking its packaging, the condition of the goods, and the completeness of the set.

Returns

You can return goods within 30 days of receiving them. The returned goods must be unused, undamaged, have not lost their appearance, be in the original neat packaging, and include the full set.

Goods can be delivered to the address Statybininkų g. 7, Kaunas, LT-50118 or sent via a selected courier. The buyer pays the standard return delivery costs. If you received defective or incorrect goods, the seller will arrange their return.

Money is refunded to the payer's bank account within 14 business days after checking the condition of the returned goods and receiving the necessary documents.
