• All universal folding frame wheelchairs are suitable for this stair climber. Most importantly, the wheelchair should have push handles for the attendant and enough space for the climber to pass underneath the wheelchair. Additional mounting elements may need to be purchased to attach other types of wheelchairs to the stair climber, which are attached to the stair climber.
• The LG2004B model is designed for straight staircases only. This model cannot be used on screw / spiral stairs, nor on turning stair steps.
• The main difference from the basic model (LG2004Basic) is the integrated swivel wheels, which allow the device to turn around its axis when stationary. If your stairwell is narrow and its dimensions are very close to the minimum allowed stairwell dimensions – we recommend choosing only the LG2004 model, which is designed for narrow spaces.
• The climber control is simple, there are four buttons in total: ↑ up, ↓ down, STOP button – instantly turns off the climber if you lose control, the button for swivel wheel control.
• The stair climber consists of two separate parts – the chassis and the control handle. The climber can be disassembled without tools, in a few moves. The disassembled stair climber can be transported by car, it fits in any universal.
• Due to the folding hook holders (total width 66cm) for immobilizing wheelchairs, the climber takes up less space during storage.
• To attach the wheelchair to the device's steering puller, there is no need to bend down low, all mounting buttons and levers are at a comfortable height. To make it easier to attach the wheelchair, the puller is easily and effortlessly lifted. The top-lift system allows the user to easily and effortlessly attach the wheelchair without leg movements.
• The device has innovative, retractable maneuvering wheels, which, unlike other products on the market, provide balance when moving on level ground. The LED light helps indicate the balance point. Safety ring - mechanical lock that prevents the device from operating if it is improperly closed.
• The device is additionally equipped with a protective lap belt with a car-style buckle (82-162 cm), an adjustable height headrest, a safe stair angle indicator, and an emergency STOP button. The adjustable height (15 cm) and cushioned double headrest and cushioned back support (extendable 39-55 cm) provide the user with maximum comfort.

Delivery

We deliver goods to your specified address, or you can pick them up free of charge at Statybininkų g. 7, Kaunas. The delivery price is calculated based on the shipment's weight, dimensions, and delivery address and is displayed before confirming the order. Delivery terms for large or non-standard shipments can be agreed individually.

Delivery times are indicated next to the goods. Upon receiving the shipment, we recommend immediately checking its packaging, the condition of the goods, and the completeness of the set.

Returns

You can return goods within 30 days of receiving them. The returned goods must be unused, undamaged, have not lost their appearance, be in the original neat packaging, and include the full set.

Goods can be delivered to the address Statybininkų g. 7, Kaunas, LT-50118 or sent via a selected courier. The buyer pays the standard return delivery costs. If you received defective or incorrect goods, the seller will arrange their return.

Money is refunded to the payer's bank account within 14 business days after checking the condition of the returned goods and receiving the necessary documents.
