Exercise and massage device BODYBONE XL, grey

BODYBONE XL training and massage device, grey, TOGU

Bodybone XL is made in Germany and used as a pillow during strength training, as it effectively increases the difficulty of any light exercises and takes training to a new level. Stability and balance exercises can be more challenging when Bodybone XL is used as an unstable platform. It provides excellent support for the neck when lying on your back, and also relaxes the arms and legs during therapy. Simply lie on it and relax. Experience XL relaxation after a hard workout or workday. Ideal for strengthening the core muscles. Suitable for therapy and animal training.
