BODYBONE training and massage device, red

BODYBONE exercise and massage device, red, TOGU

Bodybone – made in Germany – is an exercise and massage device made of ruton material with a special weight filling. Ruton is odorless, latex-free, and very durable (supports a user weight of up to approximately 200 kg).

What does it do? It is an excellent, anatomically designed exercise device, specially designed to relieve tension and blockages throughout the spine and promote mobility. Other applications – trigger point and reflexology foot massage. The device can also be used as an additional weight for back, abdominal, and limb exercises.

How does it work? The special shape allows for massaging the spinal muscles without loading the spine itself. The device is moved up and down along the muscle chains with its wide, ball-shaped ends, while the narrow middle is positioned directly over the spine and barely touches it. This way, the muscles are stretched and blockages are released without loading the spine. The size and firmness of the device are also suitable for reflexology foot massage. Also suitable for therapy and animal training.
