Mambo Max Weighted Ball

Mambo Max SoftMeds Weighted Ball

Mambo Max SoftMeds weighted ball is a small, 12 cm diameter weighted ball used for gentle, professional sports and rehabilitation. It is designed to strengthen the muscles of the arms, abdomen, back, and legs. With certain exercises, it can be used to improve eye function, hand coordination, body flexibility, and balance. The weighted balls are small and flexible enough, made of vinyl material, so they are convenient to hold with one hand. However, they are large enough to be held with both hands. This is a convenient way to add weight to your workouts. The balls are inflated and ready to use straight out of the box. If needed, you can adjust the air pressure with a needle and pump.

Available in four different weights:

• Sand color – 0.5 kg
• Red - 1.5 kg
• Yellow – 1.0 kg
• Green – 2.0 kg
