Before use, the enema bulb must be disinfected by boiling in distilled water for 30 min. (or by holding for 80 min. in a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution and rinsing in running water. Before use, lubricate the enema bulb nozzle with petroleum jelly. Do not keep the prepared solution in the enema bulb for more than 30 min. After use, wash the enema bulb with hot water and dry it.

Storage conditions: temperature from 0 to +25, no more than 80 percent humidity, in the shade, more than 1 meter away from heating devices.

Delivery

We deliver goods to your specified address, or you can pick them up free of charge at Statybininkų g. 7, Kaunas. The delivery price is calculated based on the shipment's weight, dimensions, and delivery address and is displayed before confirming the order. Delivery terms for large or non-standard shipments can be agreed individually.

Delivery times are indicated next to the goods. Upon receiving the shipment, we recommend immediately checking its packaging, the condition of the goods, and the completeness of the set.

Returns

You can return goods within 30 days of receiving them. The returned goods must be unused, undamaged, have not lost their appearance, be in the original neat packaging, and include the full set.

Goods can be delivered to the address Statybininkų g. 7, Kaunas, LT-50118 or sent via a selected courier. The buyer pays the standard return delivery costs. If you received defective or incorrect goods, the seller will arrange their return.

Money is refunded to the payer's bank account within 14 business days after checking the condition of the returned goods and receiving the necessary documents.
