An odour neutraliser is an innovative way to remove unpleasant odours from rooms and care settings. The active ingredient accelerates the breakdown of unpleasant odour molecules in the air by neutralising these odours: sweat, waste, mould, food, cigarette smoke, human urine, animals, and animal urine. Do not spray on skin. Unlike regular air fresheners, this odour neutraliser does not mask odours, but eliminates them. Thanks to the Deoplex ingredient, enriched with natural enzymes (ferments), unpleasant odour molecules in the air break down more quickly. Leaves a fresh scent. Can be used for people with stomas: on clothing,  especially if it has become soiled or acquired an unpleasant odour, around the stoma area or by spraying directly into the stoma bag to reduce odours.

Directions for use. Unlock by turning the lock (black ring) so that the pointer is positioned under the spray handle. Spray into the air in the room or on hard surfaces, textiles, clothing, where an unpleasant odour is detected. Use as required. If the odour does not disappear, repeat spraying. IMPORTANT: do not use on skin.

Ingredients: Ferments, <5% non-ionic surface-active substances. Additional: fragrances, preservatives (2-Bromo-2- Nitropropane-1,3-Diol, Octylisothiazolinone).

Delivery

We deliver goods to your specified address, or you can pick them up free of charge at Statybininkų g. 7, Kaunas. The delivery price is calculated based on the shipment's weight, dimensions, and delivery address and is displayed before confirming the order. Delivery terms for large or non-standard shipments can be agreed individually.

Delivery times are indicated next to the goods. Upon receiving the shipment, we recommend immediately checking its packaging, the condition of the goods, and the completeness of the set.

Returns

You can return goods within 30 days of receiving them. The returned goods must be unused, undamaged, have not lost their appearance, be in the original neat packaging, and include the full set.

Goods can be delivered to the address Statybininkų g. 7, Kaunas, LT-50118 or sent via a selected courier. The buyer pays the standard return delivery costs. If you received defective or incorrect goods, the seller will arrange their return.

Money is refunded to the payer's bank account within 14 business days after checking the condition of the returned goods and receiving the necessary documents.
