Features

• All Chrisofix splints are X-ray transparent, so they do not need to be removed – even during an X-ray examination.
• Breathable – perforated splint structure. The perforated and lightweight design ensures breathability and protects against sweating and itching.
• Hygienic comfort. Chrisofix splints ensure more convenient daily hygiene. The splints can be quickly removed, washed, and put back on.
• Splint material: polyethylene (PE) foam, polyamide (PA) velour, cotton, corrugated and perforated aluminum (EN AW-1050A).

Indications. Chrisofix scaphoid splint can be used as an additional means for surgical treatment of scaphoid fractures or after reconstructive surgery for scaphoid pseudoarthrosis.

Application. Insert the hand into the splint. Gently press and adjust the splint and secure the thumb with the adhesive strap. Secure the three straps over the back of the hand, across the wrist, and on the forearm. To remove the splint, open the stiffened straps on only one side. To remove the splint, it is not necessary to open the strap on the thumb and the back of the hand; the hand can simply be pulled out of the fixation and later put back in. Frequent bending and pulling of the splint can damage its stability; this should be done as little as possible. Pre-adjustable Chrisofix splints should be adjusted directly on the damaged / affected body part. Rough adjustment (bending) should be performed on an undamaged, similarly sized limb. Precise adjustment and readjustment (e.g., due to reduced soft tissue swelling) can be performed without removing the splint.

We deliver goods to your specified address, or you can pick them up free of charge at Statybininkų g. 7, Kaunas. The delivery price is calculated based on the shipment's weight, dimensions, and delivery address and is displayed before confirming the order. Delivery terms for large or non-standard shipments can be agreed individually.

Delivery times are indicated next to the goods. Upon receiving the shipment, we recommend immediately checking its packaging, the condition of the goods, and the completeness of the set.

Returns

You can return goods within 30 days of receiving them. The returned goods must be unused, undamaged, have not lost their appearance, be in the original neat packaging, and include the full set.

Goods can be delivered to the address Statybininkų g. 7, Kaunas, LT-50118 or sent via a selected courier. The buyer pays the standard return delivery costs. If you received defective or incorrect goods, the seller will arrange their return.

Money is refunded to the payer's bank account within 14 business days after checking the condition of the returned goods and receiving the necessary documents.
