Lightweight aluminum wheelchair FRODO

FRODO Lightweight Aluminum Wheelchair

FRODO is a lightweight wheelchair with an aluminum frame, designed for the daily use of people with limited mobility. The ability to individually adjust the main components allows the wheelchair to be adapted to the user's needs, ensuring greater stability, better control, and comfortable daily use. The model is suitable for use both indoors and outdoors. FRODO is designed for people who have difficulty moving independently, as well as users with disabilities and limited mobility. The wheelchair can be self-propelled using the handles or pushed by an accompanying person. Therefore, it is suitable for both active wheelchair users and people who need assistance with daily mobility.

Features

• Lightweight aluminum construction. The aluminum frame keeps the wheelchair's weight between 11.30 and 11.50 kg, depending on the version.
• Multi-directional center of gravity adjustment. One of FRODO's main features is the four-way adjustment of the rear wheels – forward, backward, up, and down. The position and angle of the front wheels, the seat height, and the height of the auxiliary handles can also be adjusted. This allows the wheelchair's configuration to be adapted to the individual needs of both the user and the caregiver. FRODO has 24-inch (approx. 60 cm) solid rear wheels with handles and 8-inch (approx. 20 cm) solid swivel front wheels.
• Wide range of adjustment options
• Folding frame and seat
• Quick-release rear wheels
• Parking brakes and auxiliary brakes
• Three seat widths: 44, 46, and 49 cm
• The safety belt provides additional support during use
• The length of the leg rests and anti-tip wheels can also be adjusted; these components are optional accessories. Optional accessories include removable, height-adjustable armrests, anti-tip wheels, leg rests with calf support straps, and breathable upholstery with a seat pocket.
