Bodyroll Senso Massage Roller 13x6cm, 2 pcs. black, TOGU
Bodyroll is an air-filled massage roller made in Germany, featuring a studded roller and a needle valve. It comes in a set of 2. The material is 100% recyclable, odorless, and highly durable (up to 150 kg). What is it used for? With Bodyroll, improved body and muscle circulation is promoted. Good circulation can speed up the healing process of injuries and have a preventive effect on your health. Bodyroll is used for massage and is also suitable for foot reflexology.
How does it work? To use Bodyroll, there is no need to master any special massage techniques. The massage partner rolls the Bodyroll over the body surface being massaged by hand and, if necessary, applies light or firm pressure. Due to its elastic shape, the Bodyroll adapts to the body and massages evenly. The package contains detailed instructions with massage suggestions and an overview of the reflex zones of the feet.
