Blackroll® Slim offers all the features of the Blackroll® Standard roller in a more compact size and with a more elegant design. The roller's length remains unchanged at 30 cm, but the Slim roller has a smaller diameter than the Standard roller, making it convenient to take on the go. The smaller contact surface allows for a much more intense body massage, achieving a sports massage effect. With the Blackroll® Slim, you can perform both functional workouts and use it as a self-massage tool to reduce muscle and fascia tension, speed up recovery, and prevent injuries. It can be used for both sports and rehabilitation. Download the free Blackroll® app, where you will find visual exercises with Blackroll® products: Apple, Android.
