Usage. Before use, read the instructions for use inside the package carefully. If necessary, consult your attending physician or other specialists. Wash the skin and mucous membranes of the perineum with soap and water and dry. Use a sterile antiseptic solution suitable for disinfecting skin and mucous membranes to disinfect the catheter insertion site. Remove the sterile catheter from the package. Use a sterile lubricant suitable for catheterization. Insert the catheter into the urethra and bladder using sterile forceps. Urine flows directly through the catheter into a clean container. After draining the urine, immediately remove the catheter from the bladder.
Delivery
We deliver goods to your specified address, or you can pick them up free of charge at Statybininkų g. 7, Kaunas. The delivery price is calculated based on the shipment's weight, dimensions, and delivery address and is displayed before confirming the order. Delivery terms for large or non-standard shipments can be agreed individually.
Delivery times are indicated next to the goods. Upon receiving the shipment, we recommend immediately checking its packaging, the condition of the goods, and the completeness of the set.
Returns
You can return goods within 30 days of receiving them. The returned goods must be unused, undamaged, have not lost their appearance, be in the original neat packaging, and include the full set.
Goods can be delivered to the address Statybininkų g. 7, Kaunas, LT-50118 or sent via a selected courier. The buyer pays the standard return delivery costs. If you received defective or incorrect goods, the seller will arrange their return.
Money is refunded to the payer's bank account within 14 business days after checking the condition of the returned goods and receiving the necessary documents.
