Blackroll® Super bands (104 cm) are ideal for training body stability, flexibility, and coordination. Using these bands, you can train various muscle groups at the same time. Strengthen leg and arm muscles, perform core stability exercises. Blackroll® Super bands are soft and comfortable on the skin, thick and wide enough not to roll up.

Available resistance levels for elastic bands:

• Orange – light
• Green - medium
• Blue – strong

Features

• Can be washed at 60 °C using commercially available detergents
• Do not use fabric softener
• Do not use chlorine or dry clean
• Iron and dry at low temperature (level 1)
• Prolonged direct sunlight will cause the material to wear out faster
• Suitable for people with allergies – no skin contact with rubber or latex

General usage instructions. Before each use, check that the band is not damaged; use only bands in good condition. While learning the exercises, start with the lowest resistance bands, and then move on to heavier resistance levels and/or perform more repetitions. Perform all exercises smoothly and slowly, and breathe slowly and regularly during training. Stop exercising immediately if you feel any pain. Delivery

We deliver goods to your specified address, or you can pick them up free of charge at Statybininkų g. 7, Kaunas. The delivery price is calculated based on the shipment's weight, dimensions, and delivery address and is displayed before confirming the order. Delivery terms for large or non-standard shipments can be agreed individually.

Delivery times are indicated next to the goods. Upon receiving the shipment, we recommend immediately checking its packaging, the condition of the goods, and the completeness of the set.

Returns

You can return goods within 30 days of receiving them. The returned goods must be unused, undamaged, have not lost their appearance, be in the original neat packaging, and include the full set.

Goods can be delivered to the address Statybininkų g. 7, Kaunas, LT-50118 or sent via a selected courier. The buyer pays the standard return delivery costs. If you received defective or incorrect goods, the seller will arrange their return.

Money is refunded to the payer's bank account within 14 business days after checking the condition of the returned goods and receiving the necessary documents.
