Elastic Blackroll® Resist bands are ideal for joint mobilization, strength and endurance training. The bands are strong, flexible and tear-resistant, but at the same time are pleasant to touch and skin-friendly. Thanks to their unique material, the bands do not twist or cause unpleasant pulling. Two flexible Velcro fastening details on the elastic bands are useful when learning running and speed techniques or trying to attach the bands around the ground.

Available resistance levels for elastic bands:

• Grey – strong
• Black – extra strong

Features

• Can be washed at 60 °C using commercially available detergents
• Do not use fabric softener
• Do not use chlorine or dry clean
• Iron and dry at low temperature (level 1)
• Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight will wear out the material faster
• Suitable for people with allergies – no skin contact with rubber or latex

General usage instructions. Before each use, check that the band is not damaged; use only bands in good condition. While learning the exercises, start with the lowest resistance level bands, and then move on to heavier levels and/or do more repetitions. Perform all exercises smoothly and slowly, and breathe slowly and regularly during training. Stop exercising immediately if you feel any pain. Delivery

We deliver goods to your specified address, or you can pick them up free of charge at Statybininkų g. 7, Kaunas. The delivery price is calculated based on the shipment's weight, dimensions, and delivery address and is displayed before confirming the order. Delivery terms for large or non-standard shipments can be agreed individually.

Delivery times are indicated next to the goods. Upon receiving the shipment, we recommend immediately checking its packaging, the condition of the goods, and the completeness of the set.

Returns

You can return goods within 30 days of receiving them. The returned goods must be unused, undamaged, have not lost their appearance, be in the original neat packaging, and include the full set.

Goods can be delivered to the address Statybininkų g. 7, Kaunas, LT-50118 or sent via a selected courier. The buyer pays the standard return delivery costs. If you received defective or incorrect goods, the seller will arrange their return.

Money is refunded to the payer's bank account within 14 business days after checking the condition of the returned goods and receiving the necessary documents.
