If you are unsure what would be a useful and practical gift for a family member or friend, a gift certificate is an excellent idea. Let them choose what suits them best!

You can purchase an electronic gift certificate, which you can print out or send to the recipient by email. Once purchased, the gift certificate is automatically sent to the email address you provided during registration.

The gift certificate cannot be exchanged for cash.

The gift certificate must be used in a single purchase.

If you do not want an electronic gift certificate, you can purchase a paper gift certificate by visiting our store at Statybininkų g. 7, Kaunas.

If the full value of the gift certificate is not used, no change will be given. If the total of the selected items exceeds the amount stated on the gift certificate, the customer must pay the difference at the time of purchase.

Electronic gift certificates can be redeemed not only in the online store, but also at our physical store in Kaunas.

Copying or otherwise counterfeiting gift certificates is strictly PROHIBITED.

Delivery

We deliver goods to your specified address, or you can pick them up free of charge at Statybininkų g. 7, Kaunas. The delivery price is calculated based on the shipment's weight, dimensions, and delivery address and is displayed before confirming the order. Delivery terms for large or non-standard shipments can be agreed individually.

Delivery times are indicated next to the goods. Upon receiving the shipment, we recommend immediately checking its packaging, the condition of the goods, and the completeness of the set.

Returns

You can return goods within 30 days of receiving them. The returned goods must be unused, undamaged, have not lost their appearance, be in the original neat packaging, and include the full set.

Goods can be delivered to the address Statybininkų g. 7, Kaunas, LT-50118 or sent via a selected courier. The buyer pays the standard return delivery costs. If you received defective or incorrect goods, the seller will arrange their return.

Money is refunded to the payer's bank account within 14 business days after checking the condition of the returned goods and receiving the necessary documents.
