provisions set out in this section of the Terms, the Buyer shall lose the right to use the services provided by the slaugyk.lt online store.

3. Conclusion of the Purchase and Sale Agreement

3.1. The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer, having formed a shopping cart in the online
store, specified the delivery address, selected the payment method, and

the loss (deterioration) of their characteristics, are perishable, or their validity period expires.
4.3. The Buyer's right provided for in Clause 4.2 of the Terms is exercised in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania
and the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (2014-07-22) on the approval of the Retail Trade Rules and

shall rest entirely with the Buyer. If the Buyer loses their login details, they must immediately inform the Seller using the contact methods
specified in the “Contacts” section.
5.3. If the data provided in the registered Buyer's registration form changes, they must
update it immediately. If the delivery address is changed after the goods have already been handed over to the courier
service, the Buyer shall pay an additional fee for the repeated delivery of the goods.
5.4. When using the slaugyk.lt online store, the Buyer undertakes to comply with these Terms, other
conditions clearly stated in the online store, and not to violate the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania or the rights and interests of third parties, including legal acts regulating the protection of intellectual
property, personal data protection, advertising regulation, and others.

6. Rights of the Seller

6.1. The Seller has the right, at its discretion, to determine the minimum size of the shopping cart, i.e., the minimum
amount upon reaching which the Buyer's order will be fulfilled. The size of this amount is visible when viewing the shopping cart.
6.2. If the Buyer attempts to disrupt the stability and security of the online store's operation or violates
their obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without warning restrict or suspend their
access to the online store or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer's registration and,
if necessary, report such activity to the police or other relevant authorities.
6.3. In the event of important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the online
store without prior notice to the Buyer.
6.4. The Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer's order without prior notice if the Buyer,
having selected the payment methods provided for in Clauses 8.2.1 or 8.2.2 of the Terms, does not pay for the goods
within 3 (three) business days.
6.5. When the Buyer selects the payment method provided for in Clause 8.2.3 of the Terms – cash
upon delivery of the goods, the Seller, in case of any ambiguity regarding the information provided in the order,
will contact the Buyer using the phone number specified in the order. In such a case,
the delivery period of the goods
shall begin to run from the day of contact with the Buyer. The Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer's order without prior
notice if the Seller is unable to contact the Buyer within 3 (three)
business days.
6.6. The Seller reserves the right at any time, without prior notice to the Buyer, to change the information and content
posted in the slaugyk.lt online store. The Buyer understands and agrees that the Seller shall never be
held responsible for any negative consequences caused to the Buyer by such actions
and waives the right to make any claims against the Seller regarding such actions. Amendments shall take effect from
the moment of publication for all transactions concluded after publication.

7. Obligations of the Seller

7.1. The Seller undertakes, under the conditions set out in these Terms and in the online store,
to provide the Buyer with the opportunity to use the services provided by the slaugyk.lt online store.
7.2. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy regarding their personal information,
i.e., to use the personal data provided by the Buyer only in accordance with the manner provided for in Section 2 of the Terms and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
7.3. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer under the conditions
provided for in Section 9 of the Terms.
7.4. If, due to important circumstances, the Seller is unable to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer, it undertakes
to offer an equivalent or, as far as possible, more similar product. If the Buyer refuses to accept an
equivalent or most similar product, the Seller undertakes to return the paid amount to the Buyer
within 3 (three) business days, if payment has been made, without being obliged to pay
the Buyer any late fees.
7.5. After the Buyer has exercised the right provided for in Clause 4.2 of the Terms and if the conditions provided for in Clause 4.4 of the Terms
are met, the Seller undertakes to return the paid amount to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen)
days, calculated from the day the goods are returned and the documents specified in Clause 11.4.5 of the Terms are received.

8. Prices of Goods, Payment Procedure and Terms

8.1. Prices of goods in the online store and in the formed order are stated in euros.
8.2. The Buyer shall pay for the goods by one of the following methods:
8.2.1. Payment using electronic banking – this is an advance payment
using the electronic banking system used by the Buyer. To
use this payment method, the Buyer must have signed an electronic banking agreement with one of the
banks listed when selecting payment “Now by internet banking”. When paying for goods
by this method, a payment will be generated in the electronic banking system for the Buyer according to their
order to be paid. The Buyer transfers the money to the kid-
man.lt online store account held in the corresponding bank selected by the Buyer. In this case, responsibility for data security rests with
the corresponding bank, as all financial transactions take place in the bank's electronic banking system.
8.2.2. Payment by bank transfer – this is an advance payment, when the Buyer, having printed
the order and gone to the nearest bank branch, transfers the money to the slaugyk.lt bank account.
8.2.3. Payment in cash upon delivery/collection of goods – the Buyer pays for the goods
at the time of their delivery/collection (handover – acceptance). The service is valid only in the city of Kaunas.
8.3. When paying by the methods provided for in Clauses 8.2.1 and 8.2.2, the Buyer undertakes
to pay immediately. In the aforementioned cases, taking into account the Seller's right provided for in Clause 6.4 of the Terms,
the goods package will only begin to be formed and the delivery period of the goods will begin
to run after payment for the goods has been received.
8.4. By accepting the Terms, the Buyer agrees that the purchase documents for the goods – VAT invoices,
which are also the warranty cards for the goods, will be provided to them electronically to the email address
specified in the Buyer's registration form. The Seller also places the VAT invoices for the goods purchased by the Buyer
in the “Order History” section of slaugyk.lt. The VAT invoices
are provided to the Buyer in the manner specified above no later than the moment the goods are handed over to them.
Invoices state the selected goods, their quantity, applied discounts, the final price of the goods,
including all taxes, delivery fees, and other data required to be provided in accordance with the accounting
legal acts regulating the data.
8.5. The Buyer and the Seller agree that after the Buyer places an order for goods and the Seller
confirms it, the price of the goods may change, taking into account objective
factors affecting the price of the goods, such as an increase in the cost price of the goods, a technical error in information systems,
additional expenses related to the sale of the goods to the Buyer (Art. 6.313, para. 7 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania). In such a case,
if the Buyer does not agree to purchase the goods at the new price, either party that has notified the other party of this has the right
to terminate the purchase and sale agreement for the goods. The parties agree that losses related to the termination of the purchase-
sale agreement in the manner provided for in this clause shall not be compensated. The money paid by the Buyer
will be returned within 3 (three) business days after the termination of the purchase and sale agreement for the goods.

9. Delivery of Goods

9.1. When ordering goods, the Buyer may choose the method of delivery, i.e. use the Seller's
goods delivery service or collect the goods at Statybininkų g. 7, Kaunas, LT-50118,
or by separate agreement in exceptional cases.
9.2. Delivery of goods to the Buyer:
9.2.1. The Buyer, having chosen the goods delivery service at the time of ordering, undertakes to provide an accurate
goods delivery address.
9.2.2. The Buyer undertakes to receive the goods personally or provide the details of the person who will receive the goods,
filling in the order delivery information. In the event that the Buyer cannot receive the goods personally and does not provide the details of another person who will receive the goods, and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer shall not have the
right to make claims against the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong person.
9.2.3. The goods are delivered by the Seller or its authorized representative.
9.2.4. The delivery (transportation) fee for the goods is calculated based on the delivery
address and the weight and dimensions of the goods. In each case, the Buyer is informed of the goods'
delivery fee by calculating the weight and dimensions of the goods in the cart before the Buyer clicks the
"Confirm" link, i.e. agrees. In exceptional cases (e.g. when the weight exceeds 32.5 kg or
the maximum possible dimensions), the delivery terms may be agreed with the Buyer separately.
9.3. Collection of goods at the Seller's goods collection points:
9.3.1. The Buyer may collect the goods free of charge at Statybininkų g. 7, Kaunas, LT-50118, or
otherwise by separate agreement in exceptional cases.
9.3.2. The ordered goods must be collected no later than 3 (three) business days after
the Buyer submits the order. Otherwise, before collecting the goods, additional storage
costs will be charged.
9.3.3. The goods may only be collected by the person who submitted the order or the person specified at the time of submitting the order
submission. When collecting the goods, it is necessary to have with you and present to the Seller's employee a valid personal
identification document (ID card, passport, or new-style driver's license).
9.4. The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer within the terms specified in the online store slaugyk.lt.
These terms are preliminary and do not apply in cases where the required
goods are not available in the Seller's warehouse and the Buyer is informed about the shortage of the goods they ordered. The Buyer also agrees that
in exceptional cases, the delivery of goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control.
In such a case, the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer immediately and agree on the goods'
delivery terms.
9.5. In all cases, the Seller is exempt from liability for the breach of goods delivery terms
if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the Buyer's fault or
due to circumstances depending on the Buyer.
9.6. When delivering the goods to the Buyer, the Buyer is obliged to check the condition of the package and the goods
together with the Seller or its authorized representative. Once the Buyer signs the package document, the package is considered
delivered in proper condition, without damage to the goods caused by anything other than a manufacturing
defect, and without discrepancies in the contents of the goods. If the Buyer notices that the package of the delivered shipment is
damaged (crushed, wet, or otherwise visibly damaged), the goods are damaged and/or the goods
have incorrect contents, the Buyer must note this in the package document and, in the presence of the
Seller or its representative, draw up a free-form report on the damage/discrepancies of the shipment and/or goods.
If the Buyer does not take these steps, the Seller is exempt from liability towards the Buyer for
damage to the goods, provided that the cause of such damage is not a manufacturing defect and the discrepancies in the goods'
contents can be detected by an external inspection of the goods.
